Job Description:
Ascension seeks a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join
our General Surgery team, providing top-tier medical care in a

pivotal in administering patient care, supporting surgical

surgical patients before, during, and after procedures. Monitor
patient health and coordinate care with surgeons and other medical
professionals. Educate patients and their families on surgical
processes, aftercare, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate
patient records and administer medications as prescribed. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate
in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in surgical
care. Strong clinical skills in a surgical setting. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Proficient in using
electronic health records (EHR) systems. Capability to follow and
promote a patient-centered care philosophy. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification favored.
