Job Description:

(RN) to join our Observation/Med Surg Unit. This role is pivotal in
managing patient care in a high-paced unit where observational
skills and medical surgical expertise play crucial roles in
ensuring the best outcomes for our patients. Our mission is to

you to join our team. Closely monitor and assess patient conditions
and health statuses. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor reactions. Collaborate with physicians and
multidisciplinary team members to adjust patient care plans as
needed. Provide prompt and accurate communication of patient status
changes to relevant team members. Educate patients and their
families about the patients’ conditions and individualized
treatment plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Record patients’ medical information and vital
signs. Maintain a compassionate environment by providing support to
patients and their families. Strong clinical skills in a hospital
setting Excellent observational skills and ability to make quick
decisions Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR)
systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to
handle stressful situations calmly and effectively Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
