HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Health RN Clinical Manager to lead our dedicated home health nursing team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of patient-centered, high-quality care in home settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical home health care, superb management skills, and a passion for patient advocacy and staff development. Manage and oversee the home health care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Implement and monitor compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations as well as HCA Healthcare policies. Conduct regular staff meetings, trainings, and evaluations. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create effective, personalized patient care plans. Analyze patient outcome data to improve services and patient satisfaction. Handle patient complaints and concerns effectively and empathetically. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical home health care practices Adept in regulatory compliance and healthcare policy Capability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Skillful in conflict resolution and patient advocacy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Certified Home Health Manager (CHHM) preferred CPR certification
