How you’ll make an impact in this role - Provides direct nursing care in a diverse acute care environment in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. - Implements, monitors, and updates patient care plans while assessing, documenting, and communicating changes in patient condition. - Coordinates interdisciplinary care to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes. - Executes physician and nursing orders while prioritizing and managing patient care needs across varying assignments and acuity levels. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
