As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be integral to our patient care team, focusing on assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. This position requires a compassionate professional with a deep understanding of respiratory care practices. Assess patient breathing disorders and recommend appropriate treatments Administer and manage breathing treatments and mechanical ventilation Monitor and record patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary Educate patients and families on lung health and maintenance techniques Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive care plans Proficiency in ventilators and respiratory care equipment Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in high-pressure situations Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Tennessee BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
