How you’ll make an impact in this role - Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports patient safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes. - Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to meet changing needs. - Communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team to ensure timely decisions and seamless care delivery. - Coordinate care across disciplines, bringing together providers, therapists, and support staff to create a smooth and effective patient experience. - Guide discharge planning, helping patients and families transition safely from hospital to home or the next level of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
