Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a dedicated Certified Scrub Tech to join our surgical team. Our center is a leader in community health innovation, providing comprehensive care tailored to our community in Williamson, WV. As a Certified Scrub Tech, you will play a crucial role in surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the functionality of surgical instruments and equipment. Prepare and maintain sterile and safe surgical environment Assist surgical team in the setup of equipment and instruments before, during, and after procedures Ensure all instruments and supplies are available and functioning Follow all surgical standards and protocols to maintain patient safety Collaborate with surgeons and nursing staff to facilitate effective patient care during surgery Proficient in sterilization techniques Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical terminology Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification from an accredited surgical technologist program Valid and current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
