Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Scrub Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this critical role, you'll work closely with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure surgical procedures run smoothly and safely. You'll be part of a community-focused organization that prides itself on delivering innovative care and tailored wellness programs to meet the unique needs of Williamson, WV residents. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and other sterile supplies Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection Account for all surgical instruments before and after procedures Assist in the setup and use of surgical equipment Help with patient preparation and transportation Strong knowledge of sterile processing and aseptic techniques Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and protocol compliance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
