Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Med Imaging Tech to join our team, dedicated to improving community health through state-of-the-art imaging technologies. In this role, you will operate medical imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images and conduct tests, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of various health conditions. Our facility is committed to providing excellent patient care and comprehensive health solutions in Williamson, WV. This role requires technical proficiency, a detail-oriented approach, and a passion for patient care. Operate and maintain all medical imaging equipment including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scanners. Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient needs and treatment plans. Maintain records of imaging procedures, outcomes, and diagnostic data. Implement and adhere to health and safety regulations to reduce risks associated with imaging procedures. Participate in continuous education to keep up with technological advancements and best practices in medical imaging. Proficiency in operating various imaging equipments Ability to maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Radiologic Technologist Valid state licensure as required
