Job Description:

seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for our
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role is pivotal in
providing top-tier, personalized care to our youngest patients

nursing care to neonates. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
to tailor treatments for neonatal patients. Monitor vital signs and
progress of neonates, adapting care plans as needed. Educate and
support patients' families about neonatal care and procedures.
Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and promptly.
Ensure the NICU environment is safe, clean, and compliant with
healthcare laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Proficiency in neonatal care and
resuscitation. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure
environments. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving
skills. Compassion and patience in dealing with anxious family
members. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
BLS Certified.
