Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • No current placement allowed at Program: Nashville General Hospital - Direct. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Must be able to read Telemetry strips. Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferably 2 years or more of experience in the past three years. Ideal candidate must be able to care for the incarcerated population. Required Credentials: Travelers will be tested prior to orientation on arrhythmia readings and heparin distribution. Failure to pass will cause for cancellation of the contract. Unit/Facility Details: After callouts, contract will be termed Charge or preceptor may be required and will be reflected on the HCP’s timesheet. Special Requests: Any time over 7 days will require an additional week added to the end of the assignment. Refrain from requesting a lot of time off. Must be able to work holidays (cannot request all holidays off). Shift & Scheduling: No set schedule.
