Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated Surgical
Technologist Certified (PRN) to join our team. This role is
critical in providing surgical care, ensuring that our operating
rooms are prepared, and that patients receive the highest standard
of care. Our Surgical Technologists play a vital role in our
mission to care for and improve human life. By joining our

Prepare and maintain sterile medical supplies and equipment for
surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and other medical
professionals in the operating room. Ensure that all equipment is
functioning properly before and during procedures. Adhere to strict
hygiene and sterilization protocols. Handle and dispose of
specimens taken for laboratory analysis. Assist in the setup and
cleanup of the operating room. Provide support and assistance to
patients before, during, and after surgery. Strong understanding of
sterilization and surgical procedures. Ability to work quickly and
efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and
organizational skills. Proficient in using surgical tools and
equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the
National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
(NBSTSA) is required.
