As part of our agency, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse educational environments, helping students achieve their communication and learning goals. Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that fit educational goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate speech therapy programs within the classroom. Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy activities. Provide support and education to family members on how to assist in student communication and speech skills at home. Strong knowledge of speech-related disorders and treatment techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to tailor educational programs to the individual needs of children and adolescents. Proficiency in handling multiple caseloads with diverse student needs.
