Job Description:

healthcare services, as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this
role, you will deliver compassionate medical care in a unique,
safe, and structured environment. Our LPNs are vital to achieving
our mission of providing innovative and cost-effective healthcare
solutions. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing
on patient care while adhering to the highest standards of medical
practice, ethics, and patient privacy. Assess and monitor inmate
patients, providing basic medical care under the supervision of
RNs. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse
reactions. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure
continuity of care. Document medical history and treatment plans
accurately. Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols
regarding healthcare in a correctional facility. Participate in
emergency medical procedures and care as necessary. Strong clinical
skills with an emphasis on patient care. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and within a
multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of medication administration and
wound care. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
LPN license in the state of practice. BLS Certified. Experience in
phlebotomy and performing EKGs preferred.
