Job Description:
Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join
our skilled nursing team. Our facility is committed to providing
top-notch personalized rehabilitation services, skilled nursing
care, and long-term support in an environment that promotes
recovery and overall wellness. This role involves working closely
with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality
care tailored to the individual needs of patients. The ideal
candidate will have a proven record of clinical excellence and a
deep commitment to patient care. Administer nursing care to ill,
injured, or disabled patients within the facility. Monitor patient
health and document nursing care activities. Assist with the
implementation of patient-specific treatment plans. Ensure the
comfort and safety of patients at all times. Communicate with
physicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical
condition. Manage medication doses, anesthesia, and ventilatory
support. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent patient assessment
abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to respond decisively in emergency situations. Knowledge of
infection control protocols. Medical Insurance Current LPN license
valid in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification preferred.
