The RN Home Health Clinical Manager Position We are looking for a full time Registered Nurse for the position of Home Health Clinical Manager for our Nashville office . This person will be responsible to manage and coordinate appropriate home care services from admission to discharge. This position plans and coordinates the delivery of each assigned patient's plan of care in accordance with physician orders.
