Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required from last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months. • 3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months. • 9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Tristar Division. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members. Bedside shift report, ability to make personal connections with patients and include them/family members in their plan of care. Med/Surg Experience, ability to prioritize care, multitask, start IV’s, basic wound care, maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, & chest tubes. Special Requests: Any special scheduling requests must be made with Manager upon arrival at facility. Shift & Scheduling: 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4 week schedule. Floating Requirements: Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple C/L staff scheduled. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
