Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Neuro Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,882 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Neuro RN in Nashville, Tennessee, 37211! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Neuro Med/Surg – Tennessee Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Nashville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule Highlights: 20-bed Neuro Medical/Surgical unit with 6:1 patient ratio Tech support available on day and night shifts; unit secretary support 7am-7pm Comprehensive Stroke Center, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, and Certified Chest Pain Center Meditech documentation system with advanced iMobile communication technology Diverse patient care with IV pumps, telemetry, feeding pumps, PCA, and continuous pulse oximetry Structured floating policy with contract labor first to float Requirements: Active RN license in good standing Current BLS certification required Medical/Surgical nursing experience Proficiency in IV starts, basic wound care, and management of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes Strong ability to prioritize care and multitask in a fast-paced environment Navy blue scrubs (tops and bottoms) required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity neuro medical/surgical environment at a facility recognized for comprehensive stroke care and Level II trauma services.
