Registered Nurse (RN) | Trauma Intensive Care Unit Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,843 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS ACLS Must-Have: Med/surg experience Description: The position is for Registered Nurses in a Progressive Care Unit. The unit has a total of 12 beds. The patient care ratio for ICU patients is 2:1. The patient care ratio for med/surg and PCU patients is 4:1. There is a Charge RN, RNs, and Patient Care Technicians available on the unit. The equipment utilized includes ventilators and specialty beds, with occasional use of CRRT. The documentation system in use is Meditech. Staff are required to work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule. Contract labor will float first according to the floating policy. Advanced skills are needed for this role. The dress code requires navy scrubs. Certifications in BLS and ACLS are required for all applicants. Unit-specific policies and guidelines will be provided. This position offers opportunities to work with new equipment and technology. The tenure and experience of the staff enhance the learning environment for new hires.
