Job Opportunity – Medical ICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: November 24, 2025 Location: Nashville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling flexibility; minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period Highlights: 31-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit with varied acuity levels Patient ratios of 2:1, adjusting to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity and staffing needs Advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 hemodynamic monitoring Meditech documentation system Self-scheduling model with 4-week schedule increments Unit secretary support during day shift Requirements: Active RN license Current BLS and ACLS certifications required ICU nursing experience mandatory Navy scrubs uniform required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Medical ICU position offers the chance to work with a comprehensive range of advanced critical care technologies and complex patient populations.
