Job Description:
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and
skilled ICU Nurse to join our dynamic team in Smyrna, TN. As a

conditions and provide appropriate medical care. Administer
medications and maintain records of the patients' treatment. Assist
with surgeries and other medical procedures. Interact and
communicate effectively with patients, patient families, and other
medical staff. Implement and evaluate patient care plans and adjust
as necessary. Ensure operation of medical and administrative
equipment by following operating instructions. Proficiency in
clinical skills specific to intensive care. Strong decision-making
and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly in a stressful and
dynamic environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
in Tennessee or a compact state. Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) certification.
