Job Description:
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, located in the vibrant
city of Nashville, TN, is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Progressive Care Nurse to join our esteemed team. Our facility is
renowned for delivering exceptional emergency care, cardiology,
orthopedics, and rehabilitation services with a commitment to
compassionate patient care. In this role, the Progressive Care
Nurse will provide attentive monitoring and care for patients with
severe, but not life-threatening, conditions who require closer
observation and advanced medical interventions. Closely monitor
patients with serious health conditions and provide immediate care
as needed. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist
with daily living activities to ensure patient comfort and safety.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing
updates and education on medical conditions and care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Operate and
monitor medical equipment and assist with the execution of advanced
medical procedures. Maintain detailed and accurate records of
patient care, symptoms, and medical histories. Strong clinical
skills in a hospital setting Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Proficiency in electronic medical record
systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) Certification preferably
