Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider
in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Clinical
Nurse Coordinator to enhance the operational efficiency and quality
of care in our acute care units. This crucial role involves
supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care services, and
ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and safety measures.

including specialized areas such as cardiology and oncology.
Supervise and evaluate nursing staff in acute care units.
Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare
professionals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
safety standards. Assist in the development and implementation of
nursing policies and procedures. Participate in hiring, training,
and mentoring of nursing staff. Manage patient records and
documentation. Facilitate continuous quality improvement activities
and patient safety initiatives. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital
standards. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make
critical decisions. Proficient in using healthcare information
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
