This role provides a great opportunity for newly qualified nurses to gain unparalleled experience in emergency nursing under guidance and support from experienced staff. This position plays a vital part in our mission to deliver top-tier medical services across a broad spectrum of patient needs encompassing emergency care, cardiology, oncology, and beyond. Assist in the comprehensive care of emergency room patients under the supervision of senior nursing staff. Monitor patient status and report changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Support patient admission and discharge processes. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Participate in emergency response procedures. Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to follow complex instructions. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records. Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or a compact state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred or must be obtained within a specified time frame after hire.
