Job Description:

ER Nurse to join our emergency department. This is a pivotal role
in our team, providing urgent medical interventions and
compassionate care. As part of our emergency care team, you will

best. This position offers a chance to develop expertise across a
broad range of medical practices in a facility dedicated to
innovative care and patient recovery. Provide immediate medical
attention to patients in emergency situations. Perform triage,
assessing patients' conditions and prioritizing treatment
accordingly. Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and
observe changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with
physicians and other medical professionals to formulate treatment
plans. Educate patients and their families about home recovery
procedures post-treatment. Maintain patient records and keep track
of medical history. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws,
regulations, and hospital policies. Ability to work under pressure
and make quick decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in clinical skills with an attention to detail
Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
