Responsibilities Ascension is seeking an internal medicine-trained and board certified physician to provide comprehensive care to patients before and after surgical procedures. You will provide preoperative consultation in a clinic-based setting and postoperative management in a hospital setting, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other health care professionals, implementing practice guidelines to enhance quality of care and patient safety in this perioperative time frame.
