Job Description:
Livingston Regional Hospital (LRH) is actively recruiting a
Gynecologist (GYN-Only) to join our established, busy practice and
patient base of collaborative providers. We are a 114-bed hospital
providing a continuum of care covering all aspects of healthcare,
from 24-hour emergency services to rehabilitative services on both
an inpatient and an outpatient basis, a Level II-A neonatal
nursery, as well as a 16-bed gero-psych unit. Our community is made
up of the people we serve every day, and the people who serve them.
It is those who come to us sick or injured, the friends and family
who support them along the way, and our incredible staff who devote
themselves fully to providing exceptional care. As the only
full-service OBGYN program within a 40 mile radius , this position
offers immediate patient volume and exceptional wRVU upside.
Physicians benefit from a large referral catchment area,
transparent productivity-based compensation, and the opportunity to
build a high-impact practice without local competition. About the
position: Hospital employed position; open to 10 days of call per
month (commensurate with FTE %) Join 2 physicians and 1 CNM. (CNM
sees 30 patients/day on average) No robotics 1 day/week OR to begin
with (will grow with the practice); clinic the remaining days/week
Hospitalist program for admissions Qualifications: BE/BC in OBGYN
Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of TN
and DEA with full prescriptive authority Our Notable Highlights:

Certification by demonstrating continuous compliance with its
performance standards. Chest Pain Center accreditation from the
American College of Cardiology. Recruitment Package may include:
Compensation MGMA 50th-75th % inclusive of wRVU production
incentive (paid quarterly) $30K sign-on bonus - 3-year contract;
$50K sign-on bonus - 5-year contract 25 days PTO $5K CME allowance
