- Physician owned private practice - Multi-specialty orthopaedic
group with 18 orthopedists across various subspecialties • Strong
infrastructure, excellent use of technology, existing referral
sources • Practice type - Inpatient and Outpatient • Anticipate
very busy clinic with high patient volume • Surgery typically 2
days in OR and 3 days in clinic, this can fluctuate based on
volumes • EMR - Athena • Call - Shared with the team. •
Compensation structure - Revenue-based model, productivity driven
