ID: 74770328 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: : TriStar Northcrest Location: Springfield,TN Address: Unit Name: MS2 & MS3 Building: Cost Center: 61259 & 61359 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 27 on each floor Patient Ratios : 5:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit secretaries during the dayshift and techs on all shifts Type of equipment : Computer on Wheels, Pyxis, Welch Allen vital sign machines Documentation system: Medhost but transitioning to Meditech April 19th Scheduling requirements: 3 days a week with every other weekend Floating policy: will need to float between MS 2 and MS3 Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Basic Med/Surg experiences, Experience with post-op patients especially ortho Advanced skills needed: NA Procedures performed on unit: Blood transfusions, IV and central line maintenance Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS preferred but not required Dress Code: (Required uniform) Dark blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
