Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Hermitage, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,764 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Hermitage, Tennessee, 37076! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License Required Certifications: NRP, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, ACLS Must-Have: Fetal Monitoring Description: The unit has 24 LDRP beds and 10 NICU beds. The patient ratios are 1:1-2 for labor/delivery and 1:4 for postpartum and well infants. For the NICU, the ratio is 1:2-3. The unit has a supportive staffing model, including RNs, unit coordinators, patient care technicians, and lactation consultants. Equipment used includes fetal monitoring systems and Alaris IV pumps. The documentation system utilized is CPN. Staff members work 12-hour shifts from 6:30 to 6:30. The floating policy is not applicable to this unit. Skills required include fetal monitoring and advanced life support. Procedures performed on the unit include labor management and C-sections. Dress code consists of black and hot pink uniforms.
