to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 4 weekend
shifts per 4-week block; Patient ratio 1:4 to 1:5 Highlights:
36-bed Medical-Surgical unit with diverse patient population
including post-operative, wound care, and dialysis patients
Meditech documentation system with supportive unit secretary and
PRN tech staff Comprehensive equipment and resources including PD
Cyclers, Alaris IV Pumps, and Hoyer Lifts Float over core staff
with 13-week contract opportunity Collaborative team environment
with experienced charge nurses and supportive leadership Focus on
patient safety, bedside shift reporting, and evidence-based care
protocols Requirements: Current RN license in Tennessee or eligible
for compact state licensure BLS certification required NIHSS (NIH
Stroke Scale) certification required Experience with tracheostomy,
ostomy, chest tubes, wound care, and drain management Competency
with PCA pumps, dialysis care, and Heparin drip management
Proficiency in post-operative care including amputations, oral
