Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN-Registered
Nurse to join our faith-based healthcare organization in the Post

patient care and nurse development. Provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient
assessments and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Manage and
monitor patient's post-operative recovery and provide necessary
interventions. Educate patients and their families on post-surgery
care and health maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
team members to enhance patient outcomes. Administer medications as
prescribed and monitor for any side effects or interactions.
Participate in professional development and continuous education
activities. Strong clinical skills with a focus on surgical
recovery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work effectively within a team Strong ability to
prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of
safety protocols and infection control standards Medical Insurance

current RN license in good standing Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
