Creekside Center Rehabilitation & Healing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to lead our skilled resident care team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our high standards of patient care are upheld, reflecting our commitment to personalized rehabilitation and recovery services. The Unit Manager will oversee clinical operations within the unit, manage nursing staff, and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring quality and efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the nursing staff to ensure professional growth and high-quality care. Develop, implement, and assess care plans alongside a multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Strong leadership and organizational skills Expertise in clinical operations and patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic health records Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). CPR certification preferred. Additional certification in healthcare management or leadership is advantageous.
