Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hermitage, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - OR ICU/SICU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work in 24-bed SICU/MICU unit with patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 /n• Utilize advanced ICU equipment including SLEDD, EVD, and other ICU modalities /n• Document using Meditech system /n• Participate in self-scheduling with preferred schedule options /n• Float in rotation with all unit staff as needed /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH /n• Perform advanced procedures including EVD placement, central line insertion, and arterial line placement /n• Work with unit secretaries and technicians in 1:2 and 1:3 support ratios /n• Dress code requires black scrubs /n• Provide critical care nursing for intensive care patients requiring complex medical interventions /n• Work collaboratively with experienced nursing staff in a supportive team environment /n/n Facility: /n This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility featuring a 24-bed intensive care unit that provides critical care services to patients requiring advanced medical interventions.
