Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Nashville,
Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU -
Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13
weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type:
Travel Join our 12-bed unit caring for a diverse mix of ICU, PCU,
and Med/Surg patients. Ratios are 2:1 for ICU and 4:1 for Med/Surg
or PCU, supported by charge RNs, RNs, and PCTs. Documentation is
completed in Meditech. Requirements: BLS & ACLS certifications
Med/Surg experience required Equipment: Ventilators, specialty
beds, and occasional CRRT. Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts/week with at
least 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks. Contract staff float first.
Personality Fit: Adaptable, team-oriented, and confident caring for
