Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Nashville,
Tennessee, 37205! Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession:

Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum

Must-Have: Experience with stroke patients Description: Unit
capacity is 30 beds. This is a designated stroke unit. The patient
population primarily consists of stroke patients. Some general
medical-surgical patients will also be included to balance staffing
during periods of lower stroke volume. Ages of patients served
range from young adult to late adult (18 - 60). Nurse to patient
ratios are 1:6. The core staffing plan includes Registered Nurses
(RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians
(PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility
for the patients on each team. Traveling staff may be required to
float to different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius of
their original assignment. Floating will be determined by staffing
needs, patient census, and acuity. Travelers will be notified
before their scheduled shift if a float assignment is required. 5
