Schedule: 36 hours per week, every other weekend required, flexible
shift coverage Highlights: - 33-bed Progressive Care Unit
specializing in post-operative cardiac patients - Patient ratio of
3:1 to 4:1 providing optimal care delivery - Electronic
documentation utilizing Meditech system - Collaborative environment
with unit secretaries and nurse extern support - Comprehensive
orientation including unit-specific policies and guidelines -
Team-focused culture combining experienced and developing nurses
with exceptional teamwork Requirements: - Active RN license - BLS,
ACLS, and EKG Interpretation certifications required - Proven
experience with post-operative CABG, vascular, and general cardiac
patient populations - Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac drip
titrations and electrolyte replacement protocols - Experience
managing chest tubes, epicardial pacing wires, and TR bands -
Strong assessment skills focused on pain management, communication,
