Nashville, Tennessee, 37207! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Description: Unit has a total of 34 beds. Patient to nurse ratio is
6:1. Unit staffing includes a Unit Secretary for dayshift and
Patient Care Technicians on all shifts. Documentation system used
on the unit is Meditech. Three 12-hour shifts are required per
week. There is a weekend requirement of 4 weekend shifts per
schedule. Floating to other departments may occur based on need.
Patient experience is a priority, with a focus on certifications
such as Level 1 trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. Dress code
consists of navy scrubs. Unit adheres to specific policies and
guidelines. The unit offers new equipment and technology. Staff has
a strong tenure and experience. Flexible schedule options may be
