Job Opportunity – ICU / Critical Care RN (Cardiac) – Tennessee Start Date: December 1, 2025 Location: Nashville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 3-4 weekend shifts required per 4-week scheduling period; 2:1 patient ratio Highlights: 32-bed Critical Care Unit specializing in cardiac and cardiogenic shock patients Advanced cardiac procedures including PA catheter management, IABP, Impella, and CRRT Growing cardiogenic shock program with 12 dedicated beds and specialized provider team Supportive environment with student nurse externs, engaged staff, and strong teamwork culture Documentation via Meditech; Phillips telemetry monitoring and Hill-Rom beds Unit recognized through Nurse Practice Council and Daisy Award program Requirements: Active RN license Cardiac experience required Strong critical care background BLS and ACLS certifications required Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, and intubations preferred Willingness to float to other units as needed based on census Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a forward-thinking critical care team dedicated to advancing cardiac and cardiogenic shock care.
