Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Nashville, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,685 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification NIH Certification Must-Have: Ability to float between units or facilities as per staffing needs Description: Start date is non-negotiable. 36 or 48 hours per week may be required. Floating between units or facilities may occur within a 35-mile radius of the original assignment. Floating will be based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity. Travelers will always be notified prior to their scheduled shift if a float assignment is necessary. Population served includes patients with the following diagnoses: Cardiac Surgery Myocardial Infarction Congestive Heart Failure Cardiogenic Shock Cardiomyopathy Arrhythmias Status Post Cardiopulmonary Arrest Patients range in age from young adults to late adults (18-60). Nurse to patient ratios are maintained at 1:2. Core staffing plan includes registered nurses and patient care technicians. An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team.
