Nashville, TN Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive

Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty accepted: FNP, ANP, GNP, PA
Start date: ASAP - ongoing Shifts requested: Monday – Friday 8am –
6pm Practice setting: Home Health Patient load: 5 to 8 assessments
per day Ages: Geriatrics Procedures required: H&P evaluations;
physical exams; medication reviews; vitals (BP, urine, finger
stick); provide fecal kit for lab submission Requirements: Active
and unrestricted TN NP or PA license, CAQH, NPI, willingness to
travel at least 75 miles, completion of online training modules,
Medicare/Medicaid eligible (not opted out). Other: Must be willing
to travel a minimum of 75 miles from home; travel varies within the
state; compensation based on monthly volume; bonus incentives and
lab pay available; proprietary iPad EMR system; solo in-home
assessments; confirmed based on submitted availability with no
interviews; direct 1099 engagement with client; credentialing
estimated at 30–45 days Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage;
