Job Description:

outcomes across the communities we serve. Administer prescribed
doses of radiation to specific body parts using radiation therapy
equipment according to the established practice standards. Work
collaboratively with radiologists to determine treatment plans and
adjust as necessary. Ensure all safety measures are in place to
protect patients and staff from overexposure to radiation. Monitor
patient reactions and progress, reporting any adverse responses to
the attending physician immediately. Maintain detailed records of
all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with health regulations
and patient confidentiality policies. Participate in continuing
education to stay abreast of technological advancements and
innovative techniques in radiation therapy. Proficiency in
operating radiation therapy equipment Strong understanding of
radiation safety and protection principles Ability to assess
patient responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both
independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Medical

Certified Radiation Therapist by the American Registry of
