Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/08/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of neuro and vascular IR experience in an OR setting. Responsibilities - Position based in Radiology OR Services with a focus on vascular and neuro interventional procedures - Work occurs in vascular/neuro and vascular interventional OR suites - Unit consists of 5 procedure rooms, each staffed by 1-2 technologists - Equipment includes 2 Philips and 3 Siemens units, with C-arm and portable X-ray usage preferred - Level I Trauma Center and comprehensive stroke center environment - Schedule is 12-hour day shifts every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Expect 1-3 late stays per month and 3-4 call shifts per month - Main responsibilities include assisting in neuro and vascular interventional procedures - Technologists work closely in teams of 1-2 per suite - Call and late stay requirements may vary by month - Only fully vaccinated candidates or those with valid exemptions will be considered - Multiple orientation dates available prior to assignment start Requirements - Minimum of 2 years experience in interventional radiology in an OR setting - Neuro and vascular interventional radiology experience required - C-arm and portable X-ray experience preferred - Current ARRT certification required - Ability to work in a Level I Trauma and Stroke Center - License required if applicable - Completion of full COVID-19 vaccine series or valid exemption by start date required Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627702.
