Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse Provide comprehensive care to laboring and postpartum patients. Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition. Assist with deliveries, including cesarean and high-risk births. Administer medications and pain management interventions as ordered. Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and nursing teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid TN Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Labor and Delivery.
