Must-Have: Advanced skills for critical care required Description:
This position is for a Registered Nurse in a progressive care unit.
The unit has 12 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients
and 4:1 for med/surg and PCU patients. Staffing includes a charge
RN, RNs, and patient care technicians. The unit utilizes
ventilators and specialty beds, and may occasionally use continuous
renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Documentation is completed using
the Meditech system. Schedule requires a minimum of 4 weekend
shifts over a 4-week schedule. Contract labor may be required to
float to different areas as needed. Experience in med/surg is
preferred. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS. Dress code
consists of navy scrubs. Candidates should be aware of the
unit-specific policies and guidelines. This position offers
