Area Operations Director supports the Area Operations Director for
all operational and financial aspects of dialysis facilities and
programs in a specific area, following established policies.
Schedule: Fulltime, Monday through Friday, on call as needed

What You Can Expect: Provide leadership and direction to clinical
and support staff in assigned region Develop managers, leaders and
teams by promoting teamwork and trust among staff and management
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with medical
directors, nephrologists, local hospital administration and renal
community members Assist the Area Operations Director with market
analysis and feasibility assessments related to prospective acute
contracts, new clinic development, renovations and special projects
Collaborate with and support Nurse Managers to improve individual
clinic operations Identify growth opportunities for in-patient and
outpatient services Assure facility compliance with state and
federal regulatory requirements Oversee facility financial
operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
payroll, cash management and inventory control Participate in
fiscal budget development for assigned clinics Manage clinical and
technical components of facility operations, working with local and
corporate teams to achieve clinical outcomes and goals established
by leadership
