We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary And QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:
  • Coordinates Employee Health program
    • New hire screens
    • Annual employee screening
    • Maintain EH files
    • Participates in the Infection Prevention Committee
    • Coordinates vaccination program
    • Coordinates Worker's Compensation program
      • Environment of Care Committee Member
      • Coordinates all initial occurrence reporting
      • Coordinates workers comp injury management with our third-party administrator
      • Placement of transitional duty staff
      • OSHA reporting
      • Assists in Infection Control process working with the Coordinator and VP QualityWhat qualifications you will need:
        • Registered Nurse
        • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, or Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
        • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital setting
