QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:
- Coordinates Employee Health program
- New hire screens
- Annual employee screening
- Maintain EH files
- Participates in the Infection Prevention Committee
- Coordinates vaccination program
- Coordinates Worker's Compensation program
- Environment of Care Committee Member
- Coordinates all initial occurrence reporting
- Coordinates workers comp injury management with our third-party
administrator
- Placement of transitional duty staff
- OSHA reporting
- Assists in Infection Control process working with the
Coordinator and VP QualityWhat qualifications you will need:
- Registered Nurse
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or Nonviolent Crisis Intervention,
or Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse
Diploma must be obtained within 30 days of employment start
date
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Occupational Health/Employee Health experience
