• Documentation system: Meditechs
• Procedures performed on unit: Regular med/surg areaJob Requirements
  • Requested Skill Set: Must have basic med surg knowledge
  • Dress Code: Navy blue, black, royal blue, or any color gray scrubs
  • Patient Experience requirements: White Boards filled outSchedule Information
    • Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend but will accept requests offs and work well with scheduling and special requests
    • Floating policy: Travelers take turns floating when neededUnit Specific Information
      • Number of Beds: 33
      • Patient Ratios: 5:1
      • Unit staffing description: Charge nurse, RNs, Techs, SecretaryAdditional Details
