Job Title: Travel Nurse RNNurses First Solutions is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee.Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit. As a travel nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and education to patients and their families
• Assess and analyze patient health status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and the management of chronic health conditions
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practiceRequirements
  • Current RN licensure
  • Experience in Progressive Care Unit
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week
