Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required* May need to
float onsite within skill-set* Ratio: 1-5*Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care in a step-down unit, monitoring and
assessing patients' conditions* Administer medications, perform IV
insertions, and assist with catheterizations as needed.* Utilize
EMR and EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient care
coordination.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure
comprehensive patient care.* Educate patients and families on
treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions.* Stay updated
on best practices and advancements in nursing care to deliver
high-quality services._*Pay:*_* $1620- $1548 - Travel* Local rates
available_*Contract Length:*_* 13-Week_*Start Date: *_* 2 weeks
